The repo-licious backyard. We plan on planting a huge garden on the hillside behind the house. I hear that you can get two seasons of vegetables in R-side per year.

I'd like to add that JT promised me that I could remodel the house in IKEA and get a Volvo if I consented to buy this place. Yay!

Congrats, Californian home-owner. Look out for wildfires, earthquakes, speculative bubbles, and mountain lions. Other than that, you'll be fine.
